We are on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Afrikaans, with German language skills considered a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative functions to ensure the efficient operation of our real estate office.
Organize, maintain, and enhance filing systems to improve accessibility and efficiency.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create and manage documents and presentations.
Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a culture of teamwork and innovation.
Receive comprehensive training on our cutting-edge internal systems and processes.
Familiarity with the Xero Accounting system is a plus, enhancing our financial operations.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Proficiency - Strong literacy in English and Afrikaans; German is a valuable asset.
Tech-Savvy Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and eager to learn new software.
Detail-Oriented - organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Team Player with the Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while working independently.
Previous Administrative experience of 3-5 years is preferred but not essential.
